Mystery Shopping
Canada West has been reviewing a mystery shopping and sales
training program that is being endorsed and promoted by
several other NAEDA Associations. Two of our board members,
Moody's Equipment and South Country Equipment, agreed to
test this program at their dealerships. The program was so
enthusiastically received by these dealers that the program
is now available to all of our members.
CWEDA has entered into an agreement with Creative Sales
Solutions (CSS), the company who presents the programs, to
offer a 25% discount on their programs to all CWEDA members
and will also mystery shop up to three employees at NO
CHARGE for every Dealership in our Association.

CWEDA has partnered with Jerkins Creative Consulting (JCC)
to bring our members industry specific training through
JCC Campus to improve dealership development. JCC
